I recently made two investment transactions on Binomo, using the same method, same information, and within minutes of each other. Yet while one went through successfully, the other was mysteriously rejected by the system without any explanation. This inconsistency is deeply frustrating and has caused both financial and time-related losses for me.
I expect a trading platform to offer transparency, reliability, and prompt support—none of which I received in this case. I want a clear and direct explanation for why one of my transactions was denied while the other went through under identical conditions.
Binomo must urgently review this rejected transaction and resolve the issue. If users can't trust the platform to handle basic operations consistently, how can we trust it with our money? I urge Binomo to restore my confidence by addressing this situation immediately and ensuring it doesn't happen again.
