Unauthorized Bigolive Charge of $6 After App Store Download

On December 31, 2025 at 1:51 AM, after downloading the Bigolive app from the App Store, I noticed a **mobile payment charge of $6 on my phone bill. Even though I did not purchase any package or product and did not approve any transaction, I see that this amount was charged through Apple mobile payment without my consent.

Since this transaction was made without my authorization, I request a refund of the $6 charge to be credited back to me.
