Unable to Access Bigo Live in Turkey, App Store Says Unavailable

For the past week, I haven’t been able to access Bigo Live in Turkey. The App Store displays a message stating, "Not available in your country," while others can still download it from the Play Store. I even tried using a VPN, but the issue persists. I had a significant number of diamonds in my account, and I’m now unable to access them or use the app.

This situation is extremely frustrating, and I urgently request assistance from the relevant teams to resolve this issue. Users should not lose access to their accounts and assets without explanation. Please address this matter immediately and restore access to the app in Turkey. Time is of the essence.
