BigoLive Refused My Refund Request
I recently found out that my BigoLive account had some in-app chip purchases made without my knowledge. I asked for a refund right away, but unfortunately, my request was turned down. Even though there were no such transactions on my account, they turned down my request for a refund. I asked customer service for a refund, and they told me that after reviewing my request, they had decided that my purchase did not meet the requirements for a refund. I asked them to think again about their decision, but they didn't agree with me. I didn't make these purchases, and I don't want to be charged for something I didn't buy. As soon as possible, I want my money back.
