Bigo Live's Moderation Is Failing — Same Group of Users Abused Me on Two Separate Nights

I have been on the receiving end of abusive behavior from certain users on Bigo Live, and it has reached a point where I am genuinely distressed. All I said during a stream was "the stream is frozen" because of a connection issue — and in response, a user I will refer to as Ö., along with several others including H., B., Ş., Ö. abi, D., and İ.Ü., directed severe verbal abuse directly at me and had me removed from the stream. The insults were targeted specifically at me and were repeated multiple times.
The same type of abusive behavior occurred again on the evening of Sunday, May 17, 2026, and continued into Monday evening. Despite this, I can see that none of these individuals have faced any consequences. I filed several in-app reports but have yet to see any meaningful outcome.
I am requesting that the users responsible for this abusive behavior be properly warned and, where necessary, have appropriate sanctions applied to their accounts. I am also asking that Bigo Live implement far more effective moderation and oversight to ensure that incidents like these do not keep happening.
