Betwinner Withdrawal Still Pending - No Response From Support

Since October 31, 2025, I have had a pending withdrawal of ₺2,000 on Betwinner. This is quite disappointing, as I thought they were too good to be true. It’s a shame that I can’t cash out this amount. I contacted customer support, but after a long delay, they said a live support agent would reach out to me. The customer care team advised me to try another payment option since I was attempting to withdraw via bank transfer. I then tried a crypto withdrawal, but the issue remains the same — I still can’t withdraw my money. When I tried to contact them again, I only received automated chatbot responses.
