I am writing regarding an unauthorized and non‑transparent subscription charge from the BetterMe Workout app. On January 18, 2026, I was charged NTD 560, even though I cannot see any active subscription or cancellation option. I originally accessed BetterMe Workout via the Apple App Store on my iPhone, but there is no record of any active subscription in my Apple ID subscriptions section. Inside the BetterMe Workout app itself, there is also no clear button or menu option to cancel, which makes it impossible for me to manage or stop these charges. This situation makes the service feel like a scam, because I am being charged without a visible subscription or a straightforward way to cancel it. I have not yet been able to reach BetterMe or Apple support about this, but I expect BetterMe to identify and immediately cancel whatever subscription is linked to my account and Apple ID, stop any future charges, and refund the NTD 560 taken in January 2026. I also request that the cancellation and refund be confirmed to me in writing and that the app be updated to include a clear, accessible cancellation option for users.
