BetterMe International Limited Is A Scam?
I started a free trial of the BetterMe Fitness app on 31 March 2024 and canceled it through the app on the same day I installed it, because I did not want to continue with a paid subscription. Despite canceling the trial, I was later charged 42.84 via PayPal without my permission. I only noticed this unauthorized PayPal charge today. I did not approve any subscription after the trial, and I was not informed that I would be billed. There is also no customer care phone number on BetterMe’s website, so I have not been able to reach them directly to resolve this issue. I request that the unauthorized charge of 42.84 be fully refunded and that my subscription be completely canceled so that no further payments are taken from my PayPal account. I would like written confirmation that this issue has been resolved.
