BetterMe Continued Charging Me After Subscription Cancellation

In February 2026 I took out a monthly subscription for BetterMe AE Chair Yoga via the Apple App Store and cancelled this subscription again within the same month. Despite this timely cancellation, money has still been charged to my credit card in March, April and May. I have tried to stop these payments, but I cannot seem to put an end to them and the subscription appears to continue against my wishes. I find it unacceptable that I am being charged after cancellation and that there is no clear way to terminate this. I kindly request a full refund of all charges made after my cancellation in February (for the months March, April and May) and confirmation that the BetterMe AE Chair Yoga subscription has been completely cancelled so that no further amounts will be charged to my credit card.
