Betpipo advertises itself with “no earnings limit” claims that are misleading and dishonest.
A few days ago, I created a new account on Betpipo because I didn’t remember having an old one. When I tried to verify the new account, I was told that I already had an existing one — they closed my new account, which supposedly had no profit restrictions, and transferred the small remaining balance from the new account to my old account.
The problem is that my old Betpipo account has a “stake factoring” restriction, meaning my winnings are heavily limited. This issue stems from another site owned by the same Gala Entertainment Group, called Galabet. About a year ago, I won and withdrew around $1,185 from Galabet, and since then, both my Galabet and Betpipo accounts have been restricted — my betting capacity was cut by around 95%.
Currently, on Betpipo, while a normal user can win up to $142 per bet slip, my limit is just $7. I refuse to waste my time on a site where I can barely win “snack money.”
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they have not provided any solution or explanation regarding this restriction.
I will only believe in Betpipo’s “no limit” advertising when my account’s profit limit is lifted and my account is fully restored to normal.
It’s unfair that just because I once deposited and withdrew $1,422 from another Gala Entertainment site a year ago, both that account and my Betpipo account were limited afterward.
