I Won ₺7000 on Betpark But They Refused to Pay My Withdrawal Request

Yesterday, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₺7000, which I had fairly earned using my own balance on the Betpark betting site. However, my request was quickly denied. At first, they claimed there was a “system error,” but later changed their reasoning and accused me of gaining the money unfairly—which is completely false. I didn’t use any bonus or exploit any loophole. I simply played, won, and expected to be paid.

Later in the day, a representative named Sofia contacted me and suggested they might add a portion of the amount back as a goodwill gesture. But unsurprisingly, no such addition was made to my account.

This is extremely frustrating and deeply unfair. Betpark is clearly withholding legitimate player winnings and changing their story to avoid payouts. I urge the company to process my rightful ₺7000 payment immediately and stop misleading their users. I am officially filing a complaint and expect a resolution as soon as possible. Players deserve transparency and trust—not excuses and delays.
