I made a deposit on the Betpanda website via bank transfer and, after completing the wagering requirement, I submitted a withdrawal request for $805. I created the withdrawal request approximately 10 minutes ago. During the process, I was not asked to provide any IBAN or bank account information. After submitting the withdrawal request, I received a confirmation message stating, “Your transaction has been received,” and the amount was deducted from my account balance.
When I contacted Betpanda customer service, they told me that I could withdraw after completing a 2000x wagering requirement. Even though I fulfilled all the conditions, I am experiencing an issue because no IBAN information was collected, and I do not understand how the withdrawal will be processed without my bank details. There is no previously registered IBAN or bank account linked to my account, and this is the first time I have experienced such a problem.
I request that my withdrawal be processed as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved.
