I joined Betoffice yesterday, completed my first deposit and received the bonus, then proceeded to make a second deposit—but this one never reached my account. I immediately sent the payment receipt to the WhatsApp support line that had initially helped me register. Today, when I logged in, my balance was still ₺0.
I contacted live support to explain the issue, and what I got in return was nothing but excuses. They told me my deposit was made using a “pool-based transfer system” and that because I submitted the required documents too late, my transaction was now considered a “non-system deposit.” According to them, this means they’re not responsible, and I may not get my money back.
Even after sending all documents, bank statements, and proof, they simply repeated scripted responses. I was told they would “try contacting the receiver for a refund,” but also warned “these deposits rarely result in refunds.”
