I Deposited on Betnano and My Balance Vanished Instantly

I’ve been a loyal Betnano member for years, regularly investing large amounts on the platform. Recently, I deposited ₺1000 into my account, played a bit, and increased my balance to ₺2700. Seconds after I exited one game and attempted to enter another, my entire balance disappeared without explanation. I didn’t make any withdrawals, and no error message was shown. The funds just vanished.

I tried reaching out to live support, but it's impossible to connect. There’s something called “Nano SOS,” but it’s completely useless—it doesn’t respond or solve anything. I feel completely scammed. This is not how a serious betting site should treat its long-time users.
