BetKanyon Refused My Withdrawal After ₺15,000 Turnover Despite Meeting Conditions

I deposited ₺5,000 into the BetKanyon site and played roulette, successfully reaching a ₺15,000 turnover. However, every time I tried to withdraw my winnings, my withdrawal requests were rejected.

The excuse they kept giving was that I “still had an active turnover requirement,” even though I had already far exceeded it. Despite depositing ₺5,000 and completing a ₺15,000 turnover, the customer representative claimed I still had ₺8,000 left to turn over, which makes absolutely no sense.

This experience has been nothing but a huge disappointment. BetKanyon is clearly making up barriers to prevent users from withdrawing their rightful winnings. I demand that BetKanyon immediately honor my withdrawal request and stop misleading users with false turnover claims. I regret ever trusting this platform!
