Betgaranti Erased My Balance Over Shared IP and Refused to Process Payout
Betgaranti has proven to be a completely unreliable and misleading platform. I had ₺100 in my account, and when I attempted to withdraw it, they refused to process the payment, citing a “multi IP address” violation. That’s because I live in the same household as my cousins and friends, and naturally, we share the same internet connection and Wi-Fi network.
Using a shared modem is not against any fair-use policy unless there is clear abuse—which there wasn't. But instead of investigating or verifying anything, they simply erased my balance to zero and used the shared IP excuse as a way to avoid even paying ₺100.
If a site can’t even handle such a small payout, it clearly shows how fragile and manipulative its system is. They act like a professional platform but engage in cheap tactics to hold onto users' money.
