On July 2, 2025, I deposited ₺250 into my Betcio account, expecting to use it for regular gaming activity. However, right after the transaction, my account was suddenly restricted, and I was blocked from accessing the funds. I immediately contacted Betcio’s customer support, and to my surprise, they told me that I would need to deposit an additional ₺1,750 just to unlock my original balance.
This demand came with no prior warning, no explanation, and no mention in the site's terms and conditions. There was also no indication that my account was suspended or under investigation—I wasn’t flagged for any rule violations. It feels like a trap tactic to push users into paying more money to recover their own deposits.
I refuse to be pressured into sending more funds just to reclaim my existing balance. This approach is completely unacceptable. I request that my initial ₺250 deposit be refunded immediately, and that Betcio stop enforcing unannounced rules on users after they’ve deposited money.
