Bershka Refund Has Not Reached My Bank Account After Store Return

I am writing regarding a refund that has not yet been credited to my bank account following an in-store return at Bershka.
On June 3, at approximately 5:00 PM, I visited the Bershka store located in Marmara Forum and returned a dress that I had previously purchased for ₺1,040. The return process was completed successfully, and I was provided with a return receipt confirming the transaction.
During the return, I was informed that the refund would be processed back to the Garanti Bank debit card that I originally used for the purchase.
However, several hours have passed since the return was completed, and the refund amount has still not appeared in my bank account. In addition, the store staff did not provide any information regarding the expected processing time or how long it could take for the refund to be reflected in my account.
As a customer, I believe it is important to receive clear information about refund timelines so that I know when to expect the payment and whether any further action is required on my part.
I respectfully request that Bershka provide an update regarding the status of my refund, explain the expected processing timeframe, and ensure that the refund amount of ₺1,040 is credited to my Garanti Bank account as soon as possible.
I also ask that clearer information be provided to customers during the return process regarding how long refunds to debit cards typically take to appear in their accounts.
I look forward to receiving confirmation of the refund status and a prompt resolution to this matter.
