Bershka Boot Caused Blisters on My Heels

I bought a pair of boots from Bershka, specifically from their Belgium store. However, to my disappointment, they turned out to be extremely uncomfortable for my feet. I was hoping for a product of better quality. I'm having trouble getting in touch with a customer representative, and I'm feeling a bit lost about what steps to take next. When attempting to return the product, I'm met with the excuse of exceeding the time limit. If my problem persists, I will escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
