Missing Benefit Brow Bar Gift and Unsatisfactory Sephora Birthday Reward

Today is my birthday, and I received a notification from Sephora offering a moisturizer as a gift. However, I expected to be able to choose a full-sized Sephora product of my preference, as I’ve seen others do. Additionally, the complimentary Benefit Brow Bar appointment, which has been granted to other customers on their birthdays, was not assigned to my account.
I am disappointed with the lack of consistency and the limited options provided for my birthday reward. As a loyal customer, I expected a better experience and more thoughtful recognition. Please clarify why I did not receive the Benefit Brow Bar gift and why the moisturizer was the only option offered. I look forward to your response and resolution.
