
As a Sephora Black Card customer, I was entitled to the complimentary Benefit Brow Bar service as a birthday gift. I contacted customer service on June 12, 2024, to address the issue when I couldn’t redeem this benefit. I was assured the matter would be resolved and the requested store would be notified.
However, no update or solution has been provided, and my gift redemption period ends tomorrow. Customer service repeatedly claims the issue is marked urgent and under review, but no actual resolution has been offered.
I hope this platform prompts Sephora to act swiftly and ensure I can redeem my rightful benefit before it expires. This delay is unacceptable for loyal Black Card customers.
