Benefit Brow Bar Aesthetician Botches Eyebrow Service and Blames Customer
On February 6, 2026, I visited S*** K*** at the Benefit Brow Bar inside the Panora Mall in Çankaya, Ankara, strictly for eyebrow shaping. I have been going to her regularly for about a year, so I trusted her completely with the service. Because my skin was very red immediately following the procedure, I didn't notice right away, but when I got home, I saw that my right eyebrow was noticeably shorter and shaped incorrectly compared to my left eyebrow.
When I brought this to her attention, despite a clear asymmetry, she refused to acknowledge it and insisted my eyebrows were shaped correctly. When I went to the store to speak with her face-to-face, despite me being a long-standing customer, she adopted an extremely unprofessional tone, asking, "What do you want?" Even though I explained calmly that my eyebrow had simply not been shaped properly, she told me, "You are bothering me," which hurt me deeply and made me feel completely undervalued as a client.
I am thoroughly disappointed by both the botched service and the disrespectful, rude, and dismissive behavior that followed. I demand that this matter be investigated, that appropriate disciplinary action be taken regarding this employee, that my grievance be resolved, and that measures be put in place to ensure other customers do not experience similar treatment.
