Upon discovering the CH-24 code, I promptly submitted an online fault application, even though it has been less than a year since I made the purchase. Unfortunately, I was only able to secure a technical service appointment for 07.09.2024, a staggering 16 days from now. Believing it was an error, I reached out to customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, the response I received was quite unhelpful, with the representative stating that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. This situation clearly demonstrates that BEKO is a globally recognized brand. Avoid ARÇELİK and BEKO brands at all costs.
