Beko Blender Return Fee Is Yet to Come, What's Taking So Long?

I snagged a blender from Beko on October 29th, but it didn't quite blend in with my expectations. So, I decided to return it. Good news: my refund got the green light on November 7th. The not-so-good news? They're dragging their feet on reimbursing my return fee. It's been a solid 22 days of me reaching out to the call center since November 8. No solution in sight. Feels like banging my head against a wall. Been stuck in this loop, waiting for Beko to cough up my return fee. Getting real tired of it. not so hard really, hit that refund button and sort this out.
