Beespeaker App Traps User in Unintended 1-Year Subscription During Free Trial

I signed up for a 7-day trial membership on the Beespeaker app. However, when I checked the subscriptions section in the App Store, I saw that the expiration date was listed as "Expires June 5, 2027." This means that without my knowledge or consent, a one-year subscription was assigned to me when I only intended to try the service.

When I checked the payments section, I noticed that the Beespeaker subscription status shows as "Pending." Because of this, I currently cannot create a support request through Apple or apply for a refund or cancellation for the transaction. Why was I transitioned to a 1-year subscription while still in the trial period?

I do not want any money deducted from my account under any circumstances. I demand that my Beespeaker subscription be canceled immediately and that no charges be collected.
