I am a user of the BDG Mobile app and my game ID 21363*** was blocked yesterday without any clear explanation. Since then, I have been unable to access my account. I kindly request that my BDG game ID be unblocked and my access restored. I am committed to following all rules and will not repeat any action that may be considered a violation. I have tried to reach your support team, but I have not received any response so far. I ask that you review my account as soon as possible and reactivate my game ID or at least inform me clearly about the reason for the block.
