Please Unlock My Account

I am a member of BDG Game and I am writing about the sudden lock of my account and my unpaid balance. My BDG Game account ID is 9794779***. On 21/07/2026 I played the Aviator game and then requested a withdrawal. After this withdrawal, when I tried to log in again, I saw the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I could no longer access my account. At that moment there was a total of 8,000 in my account, including the amount I had withdrawn. I did not receive any clear explanation about why my account was locked, and I consider it unfair that my access was blocked and my balance was kept after I played and withdrew normally. I am in a difficult financial situation and this 8,000 amount is very important for me. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, my account be unlocked if there is no legitimate reason for this lock, and that my 8,000 balance be paid to me without further delay. I also request a written and clear explanation about why this lock occurred.
