Complaint On BDG Game App

For a long time I have been using the BDG Game application with my account linked to the phone number 8453336***. Recently, when I try to log in, the app shows a warning that my account has been blocked and that I should contact support. I also have a screenshot clearly showing this “Your account has been blocked, please contact support” message on the login screen. I tried to follow this instruction, but when I tap on the support button in the application, nothing loads and no page opens, so I am unable to reach the support team in any way and cannot take any action from within the app. Because my account is blocked, I cannot access my balance and I am unable to withdraw my earnings from the application. I am asking for my account linked to the phone number to be checked urgently, the unjust blocking to be removed and my access to the account and withdrawal of my earnings to be enabled as soon as possible.
