BDGWin Withdrawal Stuck in Processing for ₹3,000

I have an unresolved withdrawal problem with the betting site BDGWin, which I access using the email address nehas1515**@gmail.com. I requested a withdrawal of 3,000 ₹ to my bank card and, as shown in the attached screenshot, the transaction has been stuck in “Processing” status and my money has still not reached my account. Despite this situation, my withdrawal has neither been completed nor cancelled, and I have not received a clear explanation about when or whether the 3,000 ₹ will be paid. I am worried that my funds are being held without justification. I request that my 3,000 ₹ withdrawal to my bank card be processed and paid to me as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly in writing about the status of this transaction.
