BDG Withdrawal Rejected

I am writing regarding an unresolved problem with my BDG Game account in India. My game ID is 5504***. I requested a withdrawal of 4,000 INR from my BDG Game balance through the platform at https://bdgin9.com/#/main. Despite the request being submitted correctly, the withdrawal was rejected without any explanation, and the 4,000 INR has not been paid to me. After noticing the rejection, I contacted BDG Game support and explained the situation, but I have not received any clear or detailed response about the reason for the rejection, nor any solution. I request that my pending withdrawal of 4,000 INR be processed and paid to me as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for rejecting my withdrawal. I also request that the issue on my account be resolved so that I can safely and consistently withdraw my funds in the future.
