BDG Win Account Locked on April 5 With No Access

My BDG Win account was locked on April 5. My account ID is 7254829771. Since then, I have not been able to access my account at all.

I request that my account be reopened as soon as possible. I was actively using this account, earning commissions, and participating regularly on the platform. Because my account has been blocked, I am now unable to continue any of my activities.
