BC.Game Locked Me Out After Advanced KYC, Won’t Return My Deposit

Although BC.Games shut me off alleging "security reasons," I finished Advanced KYC. I emailed BCSupport based on live help instructions. Two days later they once more requested KYC and deposit proof. I delivered everything on January 15, but since then—no response. I have emailed several times, made live support and X contact, but all they say is "Please be patient." Over a month already has passed. I played fair; there were no bonuses or cheats; only my own funds. Should they fail to unlock my account, they should reimburse my deposit! The "support" of BC. Game is pointless. They seem to be simply pocketing my money at this time. Steer clear of them unless you want to chance losing your money!
