I am a BC.Game user from Nigeria, and I have been using my account on an Android device with email login. This morning, I was suddenly logged out of my account, and when I tried to log in again, I received a message saying that I am temporarily unavailable and that my account has been suspended. There was no prior warning or clear explanation given to me. My account currently has a balance of approximately 238, and I am very worried about losing access to these funds.
I have previously completed KYC verification, but I mistakenly used my brother’s information instead of my own. I understand that this is against the rules, and I am fully ready to correct this mistake by submitting my own real KYC documents so that my account can be fully compliant.
Immediately after the suspension, I contacted BC.Game live chat support. I was told to wait around two hours and that they would get back to me, but even after waiting, nothing has changed, and I still cannot access my account or receive a clear response. I feel stuck because my money is inside the account, and I have no way to correct the information or withdraw my balance.
I kindly request that my account be reopened, or at least that I be given the opportunity to update my KYC details with my own real information so that I can properly verify my identity. I also want to be able to withdraw my balance and continue using and enjoying the platform in a legitimate and verified way. I ask that this situation be urgently reviewed and that a clear solution be provided as soon as possible.
