Unban My BGMI Account

I have been playing BGMI on Android and my account has been suddenly banned for 10 years without any valid reason. When I tried to log in yesterday, I was met with a notice stating that my account was banned until the specified date for violating rules, even though I did not use any hacks, third‑party tools or unfair methods. My in‑game name is KĒAŪVĪYŌA and my user ID is 5694694190. The ban happened simply when I tried to log into my account; I was not in a match or doing anything unusual, just a normal login. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account and this unexpected long‑term ban has caused me serious frustration. I request that my account be thoroughly investigated and that the 10‑year ban on my BGMI account be removed as soon as possible, or that I at least be given a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason for this punishment.
