Unban My BGMI Account

My BGMI account was suddenly banned for 10 years without any valid reason, and I am asking for a detailed investigation and reactivation of my account. I play BGMI on an Android device. On the night before 22 September 2026, I played normally without any issues. However, on the morning of 22 September 2026, when I tried to log in for the first time that day, I was shown a notice saying that my account had violated the rules and was banned until 18/09/2036. I had not received any prior warning, email, or in‑game message explaining what specific rule I supposedly violated. My in‑game name is 亗Tungs父Zo亗 and my BGMI ID is 55594619719. I have never used any third‑party applications, cheats, hacks, scripts, or modifications on my account or device. I have also not engaged in any behaviour that I am aware of that would be considered against the game’s rules. I kindly request that you thoroughly review my account, check the logs in detail, and clearly verify whether there is any actual violation. If there is no solid evidence of cheating or rule breaking, I ask that my account be unbanned as soon as possible. At the same time, I support strict action against players who really use cheats and want those accounts to be permanently banned so that fair players like me are not punished by mistake.
