On 22/09/2026, when I logged into my account, I saw a notice stating that my account had violated the rules and was banned until 2036/09/19. This came as a complete shock to me, because I have never used any cheats, hacks, glitches, exploits or unauthorized tools, and I have always tried to follow the game’s rules. I was simply playing normally, and later, when I checked again, I found this long-term ban. This account is very valuable to me. I have invested a lot of time and effort into it, and I have many personal memories connected with it, so losing access for 10 years is extremely upsetting.
