Request To Unban My Account

I am writing about my BGMI account, which has been banned for a long duration without, in my opinion, a fair reason. My in‑game nickname is “SNKxZOTALisLIV” and my account ID is 55622302692. When I try to log in, I see a notice saying that my account has violated rules and is banned until 24/07/2036, which is effectively a 10‑year ban. I have been using this account for about 3 years and I have not knowingly used any cheats, hacks, illegal tools or third‑party applications that would give me an unfair advantage. I play the game normally and invest both my time and effort into improving my gameplay. Because of this, I believe this ban may be a mistake or triggered by an incorrect detection. I kindly request that you re‑check all logs and data related to my account and conduct a detailed review. If there is no clear and valid evidence of cheating or serious rule violation, I ask you to remove the ban on my account and allow me to access and play again. If there is any specific issue you believe I caused, I also request that you share it clearly so I can understand and avoid it in the future.
