BGMI UID Long-Term Ban Until 2036

My BGMI account, which I log in with Facebook, was suddenly banned today around 10:00 a.m. When I opened the game, a “Notice” screen appeared showing my user ID 55551083125 and a ban period until 2036/09/18 10:23:49, which means a long-term ban. I did not use any hacks, cheats or third‑party tools, and I always played the game normally. I believe this ban was applied to my account by mistake. I kindly request that my BGMI account be reviewed in detail and that the ban on my account be removed, because I have spent a lot of time and effort on this account and I want to continue playing fairly on this profile.
