BGMI Account Banned for 10 Years After Using a 90 FPS GFX Tool

To the BGMI Support Team, My BGMI account with Character ID / UID 55650101403 has been banned for 10 years for violating regulations. I kindly request a detailed review and reconsideration of this decision. I want to state honestly that I used only a 90 FPS GFX Tool because my game was lagging very badly on my Redmi 15 5G device. I did not use any hack, cheat, script, or modified file to gain an unfair advantage over other players. I was not aware that using a GFX tool for FPS and graphics adjustment would also be considered a serious violation that could result in a 10‑year ban. After seeing the ban notice in the game, I immediately uninstalled and permanently deleted all third‑party GFX tools from my device. I fully understand the rules now and I sincerely accept that using any third‑party application is not allowed. I promise that from now on I will never use any third‑party app or tool with BGMI and will only play fairly using the official game settings. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account, and my gameplay data will show that I have never engaged in cheating behaviour. I respectfully request you to kindly review my account and logs once more, check my gameplay history, and consider removing or reducing the 10‑year ban as a one‑time exception. I am ready to fully comply with all BGMI rules in the future. I humbly ask you to give me one last chance and unban my account so that I can continue playing BGMI fairly on my existing account. Thank you for your time and support. Character ID / UID: 55650101403
