I am writing regarding my BGMI account with the username JUJHARBAVSII and ID 55771859153, which has been banned in-game until September 19, 2036, without any clear reason or prior warning. Today, when I opened the game on my phone, a notice suddenly appeared stating that my account had been banned for violating the rules.

I have never used any cheats, hacks, or third-party software, and I have not received any email, message, or explanation from BGMI Support regarding a specific violation.

I respectfully request that my account and the ban decision be urgently reviewed in detail, and that my account be unbanned and the penalty completely removed if no concrete violation can be proven. I want to continue playing BGMI fairly using my existing account without losing my progress for an unexplained reason.
