I am a BGMI player and my account has been banned for 10 years even though I have never used any kind of VPN, GFX tool or any unofficial tool on my device. My device is completely normal and I always play the game in a fair manner. I request you to manually re-check the server logs of my account and verify my gameplay history, because I am sure there has been a mistake in the detection. I kindly ask you to remove the ban on my account and restore my BGMI ID so that I can continue playing from the same account.
