I Face Harassment and Insults on Badoo and Want Offensive Accounts Removed

Last night while using the Badoo app in Ordu, I had an extremely upsetting experience with a user named E** (39)**. When I politely told him that I was not interested in talking, he immediately began sending me abusive messages filled with severe insults directed not only at me but also at my family. Sadly, this is not the first time I have experienced such behavior on Badoo. Whenever I refuse to engage in a conversation or explain that the distance is too far, I often receive verbal abuse and harassment from male users.

I have repeatedly reported and blocked these accounts through the app, yet there has been no meaningful action taken—no warnings, no suspensions, and certainly no permanent bans. I also never receive any feedback or updates regarding the complaints I file. This lack of accountability from Badoo has left me feeling unsafe, anxious, and even unable to sleep at night due to the constant harassment.

I expect Badoo to immediately suspend the account belonging to E** (39)** and to take stronger steps to protect users from harassment. The platform urgently needs a more effective reporting and safety system so that users are not left vulnerable to repeated abuse. I demand a clear and prompt solution to prevent such experiences from continuing.
