I Cannot Access My Badoo Account After Sudden Ban

I have been using Badoo on my Android device and my account was suddenly blocked today. When I tried to log in, I received a message stating that I had violated community law guidelines, but I do not understand what I am accused of and I am sure I have not done anything wrong on the platform. After seeing the block, I filled out the Badoo support form to appeal this decision. However, I have not received any response so far and my account remains blocked without any clear explanation. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and reactivated if there is no valid violation, and that I be clearly informed about which specific rule Badoo claims I have violated. I want this situation to be clarified as soon as possible because I believe this block is a mistake.
