Badoo Ignores Appeal After Sudden Account Ban
My Badoo account was permanently banned yesterday around noon, even though I did not violate any rules. When I try to log into the app, I only see a message stating that my account has been blocked, and I cannot access anything else.
After the ban, I submitted an appeal through the app, but so far I have not received any response that suggests my appeal is being taken seriously. Previously, I also lost access to my older account due to a phone number change, since the verification code was sent to my old number. I contacted Badoo about that issue as well, but I did not receive any assistance. At this point, I cannot access either my old account or my new account.
I request a clear and transparent explanation for why my account was permanently banned despite no rule violations. I also ask that my account be reviewed and reinstated if possible, and that my issue accessing my previous account linked to my old phone number be resolved.
