Badoo Premium Account Restricted With Internal Error
I am a Badoo Premium user and today I started receiving an “Internal Error (0030-0403-0008)” message on my account, mainly when trying to send messages. After this error, my account is repeatedly restricted or banned, even though I have not violated any rules, shared inappropriate content, or insulted anyone. I contacted your support and was only advised to delete the application and start again, but this did not solve the problem and the restriction continues without any clear reason given. As this is a paid service, it is very upsetting and unfair that my account can be limited in this way without a proper explanation. I request that my account be fully reactivated without any restrictions and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this error and any previous suspension, if there is one. I expect my account to be restored as soon as possible so that I can continue using the Premium service I have paid for.
