For the past 24 hours, I have been completely unable to use the messaging feature on the Badoo mobile app. Every time I try to enter the messages section, I receive the error code “Internal error (0030-0403-0001)”, and I cannot send or receive messages at all. In addition, I am unable to open the profiles of nearby users.
What makes this situation more frustrating is that I can still log into my account and use the encounters feature without any issues, which proves that the problem is only with the messaging system. I have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my device, and confirming that I am using the latest version of Badoo. Despite these efforts, the error persists.
My username is M D****, and I do not have any paid subscription or ongoing payment connected to my account. This is clearly a technical issue on Badoo’s side, and it is unacceptable that it has not been resolved promptly.
I expect Badoo to fix this bug immediately so I can use the app as intended. As a user, I should not have to deal with such ongoing technical failures without proper communication or support. Please restore the messaging function and ensure this error does not continue.
