Badoo Account Blocked Without Explanation — How to Restore Access


When I try to log into the Badoo app from my Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, I receive a notification stating that my account has been blocked. I encountered this issue on November 12, and I have not been able to access my account since then. The email address registered to my account is c**@gmail.com**. No explanation was provided regarding the reason for the block—only that the account has been disabled. I have not contacted the Badoo support team yet, and my account does not have any paid subscription or active payments. I was using the app in Ordu, Türkiye.
I am requesting information about why my account was blocked and that it be reactivated.
