Badoo Blocked My Account With Error 0030 0403 0008 Even Without Rule Violation

I cannot do anything on Badoo and I have not broken any rules, it says error 0030-0403-0008, I only wrote hi and that is considered breaking the rules, what exactly did I do wrong, I am 23 years old so I am not underage for your app, and that should be enough.
