Badoo Blocked My Account Due to a Translation Mistake

My Badoo account was blocked on January 2, 2026, with the reason stated as “violation of community guidelines.” However, I believe this label was applied incorrectly due to translation-related writing mistakes, as I am currently located in a foreign country and communicate using translated text.
I did not engage in any malicious behavior, nor did I use insults, threats, or intentionally violate any rules. I have also not yet contacted Badoo regarding this issue, and I am unable to clearly see the details of the restriction decision. I believe this label both damages my reputation and does not reflect the truth.
I request that Badoo re-review the “community guidelines violation” label on my account, take into account the translation and wording errors, remove the restriction, and restore my account’s reputation.
