You can get your money back if Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) cancelled your flight without telling you.

AZAL's policy says that if a passenger refuses to be transported because the airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a trip for which they have a reservation and ticket, they must be given a refund.

You can start the return process by using AZAL's online ticket refund service, which you can get to through their website or mobile app.

With this service, customers can get returns without having to go to a ticket office or call a call centre. Go to the "Manage booking" area and click on "Ticket's refund" to move forward.

You can call AZAL's 24/7 Call Centre at +994 (12) 598 88 80 or email [email protected] if you are having problems or would rather get help directly.

They also have a contact form on their website and a WhatsApp number (+994 70 4374082 for messages only; calls are not allowed).

If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
